Intermediate: Running consistently for 6+ months, comfortable with 30-45 minute runs, some racing experience. Peak weekly mileage: ~75 miles.
Advanced: Multiple years of consistent training, completed marathons or long races, comfortable with 60+ minute runs and structured workouts. Peak weekly mileage: ~90 miles.
