The Essential package is perfect for self-motivated runners who want a solid, course-specific plan. The Premium package is ideal if you want ongoing coaching support, plan adjustments, and direct access to your coach throughout training.

Can I modify my training plan once it's generated?

Essential plan members can adapt workouts as needed. Premium members get personalized plan adjustments based on their progress, schedule, and feedback throughout their training cycle.

What if my marathon isn't in your database?

No problem! Our plan generator can accommodate any marathon. Just select "I Don't See My Marathon" and enter your race details. We'll create a plan based on general terrain and environmental factors you specify.

Do you offer refunds?

We stand behind our training plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we'll work with you to address any concerns or provide a full refund.

How far in advance should I start training?

Our plans range from 12-18 weeks. We recommend starting 16 weeks out for most runners, though experienced marathoners can use shorter plans and beginners may benefit from longer preparation periods.
