You get a personalized marathon training plan built around your race, goal time, training history, and timeline. It includes weekly workouts, target paces, heart rate zones, course-specific pacing guidance, race-day fueling guidance, and carb-loading guidance. You also get website support if you have trouble accessing or using the plan.
How does monthly billing work?
The Coach-Supported plan is billed monthly for the length of your training block. Plans from 12 to 16 weeks are billed for 4 months. Plans of 17 or 18 weeks are billed for 5 months. The subscription ends automatically after the training block — no cancellation needed.
Can I start with the $29 plan and upgrade later?
Yes. If you start self-guided and decide you want coach support, you can upgrade to a monthly support plan later in the training block.
Is this custom coaching?
The Coach-Supported plan includes ongoing feedback and adjustments, but it is not unlimited one-on-one coaching. It is designed for runners who want a personalized plan plus regular coach guidance without paying traditional coaching rates.
